Question: I DONT KNOW WHAT TO EAT?
Someone help me. A meal that isn't fattening, simple ingredients. Thank you:)

Lunch/Dinner
1. salad with hard-boiled eggs, garbanzo beans, and cut up veggies with honey mustard dressing
2. salmon

All of these ideas have simple ingredients in them.
Pesto is only 5 ingredients. Make some and stir in with spaghettini. Good stuff.
Beer can chicken and roasted veg's with a baked potato.
Greek chicken and potatoes with a Greek Salad.
Steak on the grill with grilled zucchini and roasted potatoes.
Grilled Herbed Lemon Chicken, pilaf, saute'd asparagus or green beans.
Fritatta with your choice of cheeses, veg's, etc...
Lentil vegetable soup.
Grilled shrimp over rice and a serving of seasonal veg's.
Baked herbed fish, pilaf, saute'd seasonal veg's.
Grilled Dijon pork chops, barley and grilled corn.
Beef stew.



egg fried rice.
prawns and rice in a coconut sauce.
vegetable wok!
spgahetti bolognaise
salad - with like boiled egg/cheese/tuna etc etc
BLT
bagel with cream cheese and bacon/salmon
soup
cooked potatoes and tuna mayonnaise
sweet corna dn tuna
beans and scrabled eggs!



Ok you need to make a web cam show out of it just go with whatever people tell you and film it all to see if anything works.



if you got it, pb n j..

or try frying some chicken nuggets in a pan. better than microwaved.
