Going on a 4 day seminar out of town, what types of non refrigerable or small refrigerable items?!

Question: Going on a 4 day seminar out of town, what types of non refrigerable or small refrigerable items?
can I take along to eat for breakfast and snack on through the day., Need ideas please, thanks for your input. Will be staying in a major hotel with many restaurants, but also very expensive

Answers:

cream cheese and bagels. Only the cream cheese needs refrigeration.
Peanut butter
small cans of tuna salad that do not need refrigeration at all and once open, are only enough for a single sandwich.
all kinds of fruits need no refrigeration
granola bars
If your room will have a kitchenette area, those individual cans of soup work well too that can be heated in a microwave in the container they come in. Campbells Soup at Hand I think they are called.

Hope you get a room with a kitchenette
They have those little microwave meal like roast, chicken dressing, chicken dumplings, not to expensive and very tasty!! They have them at the dollar store as well as grocery store. They are non refrigerator items. Lots of choices.

Anyway foil packs or tuna or chicken(or canned)

stores sell mini boxes of cereal in packs of about 8...Poptarts are also another option...for lunch and dinner, you can get some peanut butter and jelly and make sandwiches, or you could eat a Lunchable, lol

Dried Fruit
Granola / Cereal
Energy bars
Shelf-stable cheeses for example Laughing Cow
Crackers
Granola Bars / Trail mix
Nuts
Popcorn
Soup in a cup
Oodles of Noodles
Pretzels

i like granola bars or trail mix bars, they are a good snack.
