Question: What do you do with your winter jacket once at a bar?

so it is 20F, if at all. and i see people all the time going out to the bars in things that would be 'appropriate' for when it was at least 70F. and i think they are stupid because it is in the 20s but at the same time, what would they do with their gloves and coat once they got to the bar?!

I don't take one, but always leave with one :)

If possible leave your coat in the car or try and get your group to put it into one pile for security reasons. If you are solo and it's your local watering hole ask the bartender to hold it behind the bar. Make sure you give them a little extra for a tip, it's not there job they are doing you a huge favor and it may even impress chicks that you have an in at the bar.

You put your gloves in your pocket and your coat on your seat, just like when you go out to eat.

Sell it to make more money to buy more drinks!
