why should parents limit pizza/ice cream to once a week?!
It makes you fat, sugar in ice cream makes you hyper, etc.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

eating fresh whole foods keeps you healthy and processed foods are linked to cancer in addition to making you fat
Two reasons:
1.They are simply unhealthy.Both carry too much of carb and fat that is more than necessary for a human being.Also having it make you feel full and you will not add protein / fiber /vitamin to your diet which is also necessary for a healthy body.
2.They are costly to buy and expensive to get treated when you are affected by cold or indigestion.
Because you need to teach your children that eating is about giving your body nutrients and not about being glutinous. Junk food should be limited once a week for an adult too.
When your kids think dinner, something along the lines of a veggie stir fry should pop into mind. Not pizza or hamburger helper.
It also cost money, and depending on how much you eat, the more money aha, or they just feel like tormenting you
