Are you looking for just high in protein or high in protein but also low in carbs?

Sandwich ham is a good option (low in carbs), nuts (but with carbs), jerky/biltong (can be high in salt), pre-boiled eggs, hard and soft cheeses (some are high in fat and carbs though), peanut butter, tinned fish (tuna/salmon/mackerel/sardines etc). Protein bars are a good choice too although a lot are also high in carbs.
