Give him Ensure for Kids and contact your doctor immediately.

If he does not eat, then he definitely must drink something, and the Ensure will replace all the nutrients that are lost due to not eating.

Your mum needs help. She should be able to get this from health visitors, and if there is a problem there, she should go to her GP snd ask for help. It's really important that your little brother has enough to eat so he can grow healthily. Just try and get her to have some help.
