I've only ate one bowl of cereal all day, although I'm getting my tea soon?!

Question: I've only ate one bowl of cereal all day, although I'm getting my tea soon?
I'm trying to lose weight because I snack on junk food all the time! I will have a fat free yogurt or another bowl of cereal or ready brek later on. Is this enough to keep me going?
Oh, I eat fruit everyday and drink plenty of water.

Yes but take this from someone who has tried every fad diet out there and tried every way to lose without strenuous exercise, this isn't going to stick.
You can not keep up this kind of diet and eventually you will binge and forgo future diet plans until you gain every pound (maybe more) you lost and have to start all over again.
Instead, I suggest you eat what you want and work out 1 hour a day either walking, running, or at the gym. Just as long as it is cardio.
I started this 6 months ago, and I have cut down my food intake and the kinds of food I eat naturally because I figure if I workout and then eat pizza its a waste of time so I don't eat pizza. That doesn't mean I never eat pizza or burgers or sweets but I am more conscience of it now because of my workout schedule.
And I lost 20 lobs the first 3 months, then 10 the next month. The last 2 months I ate a lot more (holidays, ugghh) but I still lost 5 lbs because I was working out.
Good Luck and think about it.

So you've given up junk food right? Otherwise the healthy stuff isnt going to help all that much =P

Bear in mind, theres an argument that if you eat too little then your body goes into starvation mode so you won't lose weight as your metabolism slows down a lot. check out the link which explains it better

If you have energy and you feel fine then i'd say your diet is ok. if youre lethargic or feel ill then its a sign you need to eat more
