What would be a tasty and low in fat dressing for me to use as a dipping sauce for raw veggies?!

Question: What would be a tasty and low in fat dressing for me to use as a dipping sauce for raw veggies?
I want to include more raw food in my diet and I plan to eat a bunch of carrots, celery, snap peas, etc, so what would make a good healthy dipping sauce?

I really like fat free blue cheese dressing, also light honey mustard dressing.

most sauces are either high in sugar or high in fat
you could go with a low or no fat ranch dressing... but then you are basically undoing the benefit of the raw food you want to consume (most of these dressing are highly processed)

i would take some plane yogurt, and add your choice of spices:
garlic, dill, parsley, pepper and you will need some salt, seasoning to taste, should work very well... and you get the benefit of the probiotic bacteria to help your body and digestion.

Hummus! It will add more fiber, is tasty, and isn't made of fake stuff.

Using bottled dressings, most of which are loaded with sugar, will practically cancel out the healthy benefits of the veggies.

This hummus recipe has five variations, so you can make it any flavor you prefer:

Don't look at fat content in dressings so much as what kind of fat. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good for you. Look for recipes to make homemade dressings using Olive Oil. You have to make it fresh. It will get cloudy and congeal and look disgusting if you try to refrigerate it. That's why you can't buy it ready-made in the store.

hidden valley, light ranch dressing. it tastes amazing.
