Question: Im after some really good cheese?
Yea so im after some good, nice cheese. I don't mind if its goats cheese or not as long as it doesn't really stink or has wax, it would be eat with crackers. Just something with a nice texture. Thanks for looking either way.
and not something like a mild cheddar

I like the garlic Boursin which you can just spread directly onto crackers or bread.

Aloutte with diced tomatoes and basil

i eat a block every 2 days. And its GREAT with crackers, and put some sausage on it too. YUM

i believe the best cheese is provolone its so cheesy and very creamy i like it when its melted the most you should really try it

At room temperature it is absolutely divine on crackers or crusty bread. Or bake it in the oven and dip crudites and bread in it!
