i eat this every day, is it good for bulking up?

My friend does MMA (mixed martial arts) fights and when she needs to get down to weight before a fight she will train really hard and eat these low calorie/high protein foods you're describing above....maybe minus the bananas...the result seems to be that she gets her body fat down really low and maintains well defined lean muscle mass.

If you're a guy looking to "bulk up" as in gain weight through muscle mass, you'll probably need to consult a dietitian to find a diet tailored to your specific needs.You'll also obviously need an exercise regimen that works well with the food plan you choose. For "bulking up" it's usually best to do fewer repetitions with heavier settings on weight machines or free weights, while for toning and lean muscle you would do more reps with less weight.
