Question: Am i going to get sick from eating chicken that has been left out for 6 hours?

i left some chicken (cooked) in my boiler room so it is pretty warm in there and i ate a piece it tasted slightly funny and dry was it off?
If yes how long until the symptoms kick in?

When it doubt throw it out.

i think no but if you feel stomachache drink lemon juice or eat lemon.
