because the producers have not tried selling it to us :(
I'm guessing because we have different food standards laws- over here our laws are quite specific about the health content of foods, the advertising of foods, the additives and colourings we can use.... in America they're quite laid-back. Or so I'd guess. That, or the English are just more health-conscious :-D
I guess our pallet must be suited to the brown and yellow bland stuff. But if your willing to pay a bit extra to get some of the better US food here in the UK. Try going to Selfridges, or an American food shop and you'll be able to find Lucky Charms and all the cereals there!
I think that is to entice the kids to eat more cereal, look at the colour of porridge, yet it the best breakfast food that you can eat in the winter.
The cereals you are talking about are banned in the UK because of their salt and sugar content and the additives they contain, maybe we Brits are a bit more careful what we put in our kids!
Thank God we dont have that crap kids would end up with a mouth of fillings and be hyperactive with all the sugar and colouring in those cereals. Give me Porridge, Cornflakes or Museli any day
Probably because they're trying to make it look healthier or something
