keep food in a tight sealed container and keep in fridge or freezer



There's loads and loads. Salting, canning, freezing, curing, vac-packing. There's just a few...
Method,
Freezing - The bacteria will be dormant, therefore no contamination.
Vac-packing - All the air is removed, so there is no bacteria growth in the food because there is no oxygen for the chemical reaction.

freezing is right, but apparently there is not much canning done by today's generations. I can peppers almost every year. You put hot food into sterilized jars, seal it with a sterilized lid and band, let it cool until the lid sucks down by the contraction of the air in the jar.



a smoke house and a refrigeration
refrigeration=cooling/freezing of foods
smoke house=creating a fire in a small structure and using the smoke that is produced to preserve the food



To preserve food you have to put it in a enviroment where bactaria cant grow or becomes dormant e.g. frezzer its too cold or pickling its to acidic ect....



mason jars
freezer paper/bags



Keep it in the fridge or eat it straight away
