Name of a gummy rope candy?!

I was in Ft Myers Florida a couple of weeks ago and there i went to this flea market called Flamingo Island. There I bought this strange but good rope candy, the owners said it came from italy but i'm pretty sure they were screwing with me. Anyways the candy was a soft gummy center with a fruit roll up -like coating around it. Im just wondering if anyone knows the name of this candy so i can try and order more
