Various cheese strengths?!
I need to know about four or five cheeses ranging in strengths, e.g. Brie (I know this is particularly weak)

Answers:
1- mozzarella
2-brie
3- edam/jarlsberg
4-mature cheddar (almost any)
5-parmesan or a strong blue cheese such as Yorkshire blue.
The ones iv given are the most common, there are so many different cheeses available.
