LOL so precice yet so vauge!! It depends on type of cereal, type of milk, type of crisp etc but guessing....
100 cal - 150 cal for cereal (without milk)
A crisp 10-20 cal
small part of gingerbread man 20-50 calories again depending on how much you actually mean??
a small pot noodle i think is about 350 or something, did my best!! lol



On boxes and packages there is a nutrition label, you should read that so you can find out how many calories you are eating. It is impossible for anyone to guess how many calories you have eaten.
