Breakfast Crisis?!?!?!?!

Question: Breakfast Crisis?!?!?!?
Hi my name is Rose and I have a major breakfast crisis! Every day I keep on wondering what to have for breakfast. I absolutely HATE cereal. Toast is an option but I don't really like it. My parents are really fussy about chocolate cereal and stuff like that. Any solutions? Thanks!!

I had that problem too but then I found belvita BREAKFAST biscuits. There biscuits especially made for breakfast. And the good thing is you can eat them on the go. Going to school, collage, on the bus. And there healthy and yummy too! You can get them from ASDA or Tesco ( if you live in the UK ) for about £2.00 or under!

Your parents shouldn't complain about this.
1. It's HEALTHY
2. It's enjoyable
3. It's reasonable price
4. It's not chocolate or cereal- so it suits you fine!!

Hope this helped!
P.s. If you live in the US I tried to find the biscuits in The Walmart website but I couldn't find any. Sorry :)

Me. I loved them!

I like really filling breakfasts to start the day so i'm not a fan of cereal either. Also i hate eating the same thing every day so i try to vary it. these are generally the options i go for

1) beans on toast
2) scrambled eggs with ham or sometimes with bacon/onion/tomato in them. (normally with tortillas as im in mexico, but sometimes on toast)
3) pancakes... if i don't want them plain, with bits of banana in the mix with honey on top, choc chips, blueberries or whatever. If you buy a ready made mix then it wont take too long to do
4) waffles. but thats more or less the same as pancakes haha just a different shape
5) porridge with banana/strawberries/honey
6) toasted cheese and ham sandwich. not very breakfasty i guess but i do love them!
7) basic fry up...bacon eggs hashbrowns
8) toasted bagel with creamcheese and/or ham, smoked salmon or bacon

hmm what else?! if youre english crumpets can be good. warm up some croissants and have with jam (or ham/cheese if you want it savoury). pastry type things...

put sugar on plain cereal? i like having ready break and adding chocolate milkshake powder so it tastes better. Or have readybreak and add a lump of butter and that makes it really nice. Or porridge with a lump of butter. You could have better things on toast to make it nicer like fried egg. Or you could have a scrambled egg or smoothies or breakfast bars or breakfast biscuits or weatabix with yogurt instead of milk and then fruit, theres loads.

Pancakes topped with homemade sauteed apples and Swiss-whipped Honey Butter; Smoked German Bratwurst; basted eggs; toast; and OJ or Tang.
When you mix the pancake mix, add 1/4 cup corn meal, a dash or two of ground Cinnamon, and 3-4 Tbsp brown sugar(to taste), and a few drops of pure vanilla extract. these pancakes burn easily so be careful.

To saute the apples: peel and slice 4 granny smith apples. In a 12 in. skillet over medium heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter(4tbsp). add the apples. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Saute 8-10 min. until soft and glazed.

To Swiss whip the honey-butter (really easy actually). In a small bowl combine 2/3 cup honey, and 8Tbsp(1 stick) unsalted Butter, at room temperature. (Salted butter works too). Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and beat until blended. Serve, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Porridge? Eggs? Beans on toast? a cereal bar (healthy)? yogurt with fruit? yogurt, fruit and nut mix? a smoothie? a breakfast muffin? all healthy, with the exception of maybe the muffin, depending on what type you get. ooh dont forget a toasted bagel? theyre fairly easily available these days... theres also omlettes? try out a few, see what you like :)

Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day and should include a good amount of protein. Why not make a couple of scrambled eggs and melt some cheese on top and serve on a whole wheat bagel?

you can have a english breakfast butit you dont have enough time you can get pancakes from the shop or make htem your self with topping and a fruit smoothie :)
