Question: I don't eat much. (Not on purpose). But if I start eating 3 big meals a day will I gain some weight?
Answers:

If you increase your caloric intake without increasing your excercising routine, you will gain weight.

Theoretically if you're eating more then yes you should. But some people just don't gain weight (maybe is to do with metabolism). Me for example, whether i eat lightly or eat everything in sight i stay the same.

Providing you're healthy looking i don't think its a problem. If you really want to gain weight, some doctors suggest that in addition to meals you drink products like slimfast (weight loss milkshake). This isn't to lose weight as you only lose weight when you *replace* meals with them. If you're having them as a supplement to meals its like havign a mini meal in a shale.

if you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight
if you consume less calories than you burn, you will loose weight
if you consume the same amount of calories, you will stay the same weight

as for your specifics, depends on your weight, activity, metabolism, and how much these "3 big meals" are in the way of calories

It takes roughly an extra 3500 calories to gain 1lb, so I am sure over time you will see some weight gain.

This should be obvious, just increase your activity level to put those pounds where they look best.

yes ... and depending on the size of the meals you may gain a lot of weight.

depends if you exersize it off
