ciga smokers answer please?!
i bought a cigar for the first time (its a philly) and the person gave me a old one, and its cracked im scared to open the wrapping wat if it shatters, is the blunt okay is it just the outer skin, can i still smoke it?

you can still smoke it cuz it is more than just the outer skin. Maybe open it and put it in a bowl of water then dry it out.
i would not do that if were you, but what you should do buy another cigar an save you some trouble
