Yes, it's bad for you. & weight isn't the concerning issue here. It's likely that your headaches are a direct result of your high sodium consumption. If not, it's certain to exacerbate the problem.
Talk to the doctor(s) you assist, they'll tell you. And perhaps they can help you figure out a healthier diet.
Top ramen is actually about 1 full days worth of sodium. Not to mention the noodles are feied before they are dried.
There is no nutritional value.
You may be fine now but all that sodium and junk will catch up with you eventually.
Limit your Top Ramen to once a week MAX.
Its bad in sodium but i eat them a lot to and Ive been gaining weight but they also have some stuff that turkey has that makes people calm that might have a reason you crave them so much.
No, its not really bad, its just a lot of salt, you will burn out on them one day, advice expand your palete and learn how to cook
Have you tried stopping? If you didn't I would probably see a therapist to seek help.
Watching medical shows, such as "My Strange Addiction." But your addiction isn't strange...
one bag of Ramen holds 2/3 of ur daily sodium needs...if you it eat it as much as you say u do then u could have a high risk of high cholesterol..
in health class just learned this stuff last week
i was too. stop before you look like me.
U=I suggest u stop or u will die
EAT ORGANIC
Your migraines may be related to the massive amounts of sodium you are taking in with the Top Ramen. And yes, people can be addicted to the sodium.
High sodium leads to high blood pressure.
How is your blood pressure normally? Is it higher when you're having migraines?
Edit: Based on your BP, hypertension doesn't seem to be an issue. Here is an interesting article that talks about the food triggers for migraines. This same nothing author has indicated elsewhere that salt CAN be a migraine trigger.

Also, more to your original point, yes, you CAN have a sodium addiction. According to this article, salt addiction is an addiction similar in quality to the addiction to alcohol, tobacco, sugar, caffeine, etc. It can be "unlearned".

Speaking from my own personal experience... when I was a boy my step-mother had hypertension when she was pregnant. The doctor told her she was basicall going to kill the baby if she didn't get it under control. That night my dad threw all ALL the salt in the house. Over the next couple weeks we got used to eating unsalted foods. Suddenly I began noticing how salty retaurant prepared foods were. It wasn't until I was an adult that I began to get used to adding salt again, and now I need to stop it all over again!
