what is a good pre-made breakfast food?!

Question: What is a good pre-made breakfast food?
i'll be taking the greyhound in 17 days, an it will be overnight, so when i awake i would like to be able to grab something for breakfast. i don't want to by it, i want it to be on board with me, and it can't be able to be accidentally squished (like a muffin or cereal) or cause anyone on board allergic reactions (an orange or some nuts). obviously it can't take perpetration (like oatmeal) or need to be chilled/heated up. I'd also like to stay away from bringing to many items with it (like a spoon) but if i can't that's fine.
anything besides granola bars?
(and though it's not likely there will be be meat, i am a vegetarian)

Answers:

You could make a peanut butter sandwich with toast, and put it in a container so it doesn't get squashed.

Also a bagel. Or put some cereal in a container, and bring a small bottle of rice or soy milk.

Energy bars are good, especially if you make them yourself or get them out of the bulk bins at the market.

You could even put leftover pizza in a container and eat it for breakfast.

well, since i usually wake up late for school, what i do is the night before, i make 3 peanut butter sandwiches (for breakfast and lunch the next day). you could also bring a bagel....

Protein bars are good. There are also fruit bars. Granola is high fat and not very good for you.
