Answers:

You don't have ANY money at all? Because I know you said you are poor, but this does not sound like the greatest meal. Even if you had like a few dollars, the dollar store has food for a dollar, I'd reccomend getting a jar of peanut butter, jelly, and some bread. Maybe some ramen or rice or something. If you gotta eat what you have, then go for it, but the thought of that combination is making my stomach hurt just thinking about it. Good luck, you could always go to a food bank, they're really great places that are wiling to help!

Heat up tortillas in microwave or a frying pan, and butter them a little. Pretty good by itself. Or you could make up some tuna salad if you have some mayo. Just heat the tortilla until it's limp, put it on a plate and roll it up with some of the mixed tuna inside.

You might check with the local food bank about getting some additional food into the house. Good luck.

Home cook

maybe cook the tuna with the spices, then butter the tortilla and heat it in a pan a little and put the tuna in the tortilla and eat it.

Or feed it all to one person, then eat that person. Will be more food for you in the end with some patience.

use it

Have you ever heard of food stamps? You get food with them but you can't trade them for cigarettes, booze or meth.
