I need help with snack ideas!?!?!


Question: I need help with snack ideas!?!?
I am recovering from an eating disorder so I'd be very grateful if you could tell me some snacks that are either: 50 calories or less, 60 calories, 90 calories, 100 calories, and 150 calories. I am incorporating snacks at those caloric levels into my new meal plan set up with my nutritionist. (I am eating meals too.)

PLEASE, I would be so thankful if you listed some. Thank you!

Crickets work for me and they're loaded with protein.

A rice krispy bar is 150 calories
3 medium apples are 90-95 calories, don't know why you would want to eat 3...good fiber choice...so are any serving of fruit
100 calorie snack packs marketed by nabisco are of course 100 calories



cereal bars - light versions <100kcal others are more
bananas are great as they're filling and 90 (ish) kcal
rice crackers
apples
smoothies
meringues with fruit
