Question: What did you eat today?
Answers:

Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast, grape juice, and milk
Lunch: Hamburger and fries
Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce and a tossed salad



Quite a lot for me
Breakfast
Baked beans and sausages nuke from out of the can on toast and a cuppa tea.

Morning Tea
Two egg sandwiches and a cuppa tea.

Lunch
Two cheese and vegemite sandwiches with a cup of hot cup of soup, a red pear and a few grapes.

Afternoon Tea
A buttered date scone with a cuppa tea.

Dinner.
A Luncheon Steak with mashed potatoes, mashed carrots and parsnips (together) with some green beans.

Supper
Before bed is an Icecream Trumpet.

With each meal I have a Dietary Nutrition drink to help me regain weight and health.

I once was a ravenous tiger which got ill LoL



breakfast: 2 leftover slices of papa john's pizza
lunch/dinner: 3 BARS corndogs, peach yoplait yogart
after dinner around 8pm: caeser salad, 10 mint chocolate squares.

END result: feel like a fat a$$



breakfst - milk with cornflakes and a banana. and then a cheese sandiwch (slice of bread with butter and cheese)

and just after having a bowl of yoghurt (vanilla) with cornflakes and a pear for lunch!! <--- too lazy to cook!



A sausage sandwich for breakfast w/milk
A hamburger and fries for lunch w/water
2 slices of pizza for dinner w/7UP
yogurt for snack

Pretty bad day of food now that I look at it. I pledge to do better tomorrow!



Homemade hashbrowns w/ onions and peppers with a an egg over easy on top and turkey bacon



Chicken and rice smothered in gravy. With asparagus :)



Some quinoa with mushroom gravy and a pear. Tonight I will have veggie chili, oatmeal bread and cantaloupe.



I just woke up and I'm having a big breakfast of cheese on toast with lea and perrins and orange juice as I have a chemistry exam (:
