Help! I love potatoes!?!


Question: Help! I love potatoes!?
I've been eating some form of potato almost every day for the past week and a half! I guess they're my comfort food or something but good GRIEF do I love potatoes. They haven't been in the form of fries, so at least there's that, but surely all these potatoes can't be good for me.

Advice? Refute? Deny? Encourage? :D

Meh, you'll get over it in a few days and grow sick of them for awhile. I <3 potatoes too :-D Homefries are my favorite.



POTATOES CAN TOTALLY BE GOOD FOR YOU! I love potatoes toooooo! A baked large sweet potato is only about 150 calories and here's this...

Sweet potatoes are super yummy baked then mashed up with a littttleee sugar, cinnamon, and fake butter like Smart butter or some other vegstable oil based butter.

well its good ot have a bit of carbs each day, but of course... not to many.
but potatoes are jsut good, but i suppose, carbs do turn to fat if theres not so much exercise during your day.
i would cut down a bit, have every second day.. or go say two days a week without potatoes... you can replace with something else?



There is nothing wrong with eating the taters! Yes they may be a little bit or carbs but I think if you just try eating them once a week and going for more walks you should be fine. If they make you happy and you keep your weight and health to the weight you want you will be fine!

As long as your other food intake is balanced and healthy, don't feel bad for loving potatoes! They're great complex carbs and are actually healthy when eaten baked, mashed, grilled etc. :)



I never feel as if I have had a dinner unless I have potatoes,even with salad.,but not with pasta.



Everything should be eaten in moderatesy.
