when i was eating my lunch , my friend told me "you have a heavy flavor". what's heavy flavor?

You would be better to ask your friend. Google tells me heavy Flavor relates to physics research into heavy particles but I don't think that is what your friend means.
known for heavy flavors and filling tastes, is popular outside the US south, ... But cooking southern can mean cooking healthy, too.
