smoothies - freeze or refrigerate?!

You should probably freeze it.
I freeze bananas for smoothies, that way I don't have to add ice to the smoothie, just yogurt, frozen banana, peanut butter & a drizzle of honey. Blackberries, strawberries, gooseberries & grapes work well frozen for smoothies
in hte fridge. theres no point freezing it, cus then you hae to wait for it to defrost.... and thas nto nice with lots of excess water.
but you can actually freeze it.... it migth eb better i you do... depending on how long you leave it in there.
Freeze it.
If you refrigerate it, it'll more like juice instead of a smoothie.
