homemade should be available at home alone. Poisons: could be getting shooed away by family members. Remedy: join home back and later you don't need a poison.

Don't be affended by my answer, but your question sounds really suicidal or homicidal. If you are planning on killing yourself or someone else, take this advise: DON'T DO IT. Taking your own life or taking someone else's life is not worth it.
Life sucks and sometimes it seems like the whole world is against you, but suicide is never worth it. No matter what you think, someone out there loves you and it breaks people's heart. You might want to break there heart and hurt them, but you can never gain satisfaction if you are dead. Your life is worth living, you just need to be the best person you can be. I, along with many others, wouldn't want you to kill yourself, even if we don't know you. No one needs to kill themself. Get help by calling a suicide hotline if that is the case (1-800-273-8255). We are here to help you.
If someone is giving you a hard time, it doesn't do you any good to kill them. You will only end up in jail. Even if you get away with it, you will always feel shame for doing it and you will always be parenoide about getting caught. Instead of killing them, see a psychiatrist and find out how to tolerate them, or go to a police officer if it is a criminal defense.
Do the right thing, it pays off in the end.

If you are depressed immediately see your psychiatrist. They will help you. Nowadays they have medicines that can treat depression effectively. You will be in good mood in a very short while

If you want to kill rats and mice than you will get Rat poison in any departmental store
