What should I do about my chocolate truffles?!
I followed everything exact. So I put the semi sweet chocolate and heavy cream mixture into the fridge for 3 hours. Three hours have passed and the mixture is not firm enough for handling. I need this for tomorrow morning, so what should I do? And how do know when the mixture is finally ready?

You probably have too much cream, melt it again and put in more chocolate, it will set a liitle harder
freeze it a little more. or try to make a fresh batch
