If you order pizza to be delivered and you notice that there's a delivery fee should you tip?!

the store does.
IF the pizza is on time, the guy is friendly and prompt and polite I tip.

I work at Pizza Hut as a delivery driver. We do not get the delivery fee, the store keeps it. It would be nice if you did tip, the driver needs it to help offset the cost of gas, oil changes, tires etc., something that is not reimbursed by the company.

I asked when I ordered my last pizza if the delivery fee went to the driver and the answer was no. Therefore, I did tip. I would check with the store and see where the delivery fee goes. If some of it goes to the driver, then I would give a smaller tip.

The delivery charge does NOT go to the driver. So if the service was good - then add a tip. The delivery fee only goes to the restaurant to offset wages, it does not replace a tip.

It is really your opinion. I usually give the delivery guy a tip for actually delivering the food, but that's just me.

That fee does not go to the driver. It is a fuel surcharge. You should tip on the pizza price without the surcharge.
