Healthy snacks is very healthy. It keeps your blood sugar level in check and keeps your metabolism even through the day.

I think it's healthier to let the stomach digest the food from a main meal properly without interruption from snacking. Otherwise it's constantly working to process new food added to the mix, which would drain energy unnecessarily and overwork the digestive system.

What is the hunger? Is it a desire coming from your taste buds or your stomach telling you that it's empty?

Its not bad, but unhealthy! I always eat snack in between meals! And yeah it has nothing to do with anxiety, but sometimes when people get nervous or something they have to eat, and some people can't what at all when their nervous! Hope this helped!(:

Nah , you need your energy girl you work ,study and are young, go a head and munch and don't listen to them damn party poopers.

Eat and be merry- The bible

there are some healthy snacks....it is just a little bit more work for the stomach than one time eating a whole thing...it is a bad habit that has to do with anxiety but wont hurt.

It is actually healthier to eat several small meals in a day, as long as the caloric count is within your normal range.

Depends on what you eat

food is always good for you.
