Question: Does Simply Lemonade need to stay in the fridge?

I bought a big think of "Simply Lemonade" on saturday to mix with my vodka but i didn't put it in the fridge afterwards, it's still in my room. Will it still be safe to drink like this weekend or now?

Put it in the fridge. Acidic drinks such as OJ and lemonade spoil quickly.
