Answers:
Tea and breakfast.
Breakfast: 200g source strawberry yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, 2 apples.
Lunch: 100g nectarine source yogurt, salad ( lettuce, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes, romano beans, sundried tomato salad dressing )
Snack: Cheddar and whole grain rice chips, steamer packet of peans, soybeans, beans, broccoli florets
Dinner: Chicken, brown rice with soy sauce, a ton of steamed vegetables with a touch of salad dressing ( Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Beans )
After dinner, around 8:00: Orange Pekoe tea with honey and milk, 6 little tea biscuit cookies ( I regret eating them now, a bit. They were different than the kind I had before; much sweeter. I liked the other ones better. )
For breakfast i had a piece of vanilla birthday cake with white and purple and blue frosting. With a cup of English toffee White chocolate cappuccino.
For lunch i had a breaded chicken sandwich, with some juice, and some chocolate milk (school lunches... yum..)
For supper i had some chicken wings. potato wedges, mountain dew. then a glass of milk.
I made homemade home fries (hashbrowns) with bell pepper and onions, topped it with an egg over easy and had turkey bacon on the side for a late breakfast (woke up late) and a turkey burger on a whole wheat bun topped with sauteed onions for dinner.

dinner: 10 baby carrots with dip
