so that u get all the food nutrients viz. proteins, iron,
fats & carbs from cereals too ....!!~?
I cannot give you the full facts of Vitamin C all throughout the day with water (vitamin C supposedly depletes in sunlight (which I dont know why they just have a label for the entire bottle.) But supposedly too much bad sugar makes people bi polar and suicidal I read this in Encyclpedia of Natural Medicine (2nd ed.) book if you are older or younger maybe the body is in fight against diabetes or something.
Edit: Does the numbing number 3 in all actuality mean the word "priority?" (a place where numbing numbers cannot turn back (good alright bad) (hot warm cold) (strike foul tip (runners ready to steal bases per rules of the Sport) ect.) Drink water with you Vitamin C (mega slugga doses) folks bcoz supposedly causes kidney stones or something
Well, First off. ignore the guy who said eat lard, he/she's stupid. And being sarcastic. ANYWAYS, Eating fruits in moderation is your best bet. you need to balance out the fruits and veggies. and don't forget the proteins. Check out the food pyramid for a better idea on how to balance your diet.
It's okay, but not obsessively!! You should have a mix of fruits, veggies, dairy, wheat, etc.!
Plus some fruits have a lot of fibre which will make you have to go...alot.

yes it is good to eat fruits everyday but we should eat fruit in right amount daily which will be good for health
I think its great. Because diffrent kind of fruits contains all the vitamins, iron and all the neccerary things which we need to live healthy.
You have to alternate the fruits and than its okay but too much of one thing is bad.
