Are chicken livers healthy?!

Question: Are chicken livers healthy?
I read cow liver is supposed to be full of nutrients and good for you. What about chicken liver? I love them fried does that kill the nutrients?

Answers:

chicken livers are one of the highest iron foods you can eat. They aren't necessarily bad for you, frying probably adds a lot of fat. But it won't kill the nutrients like boiling does.

Well, like human liver, chicken liver cleans out the chicken's system. Their not good for cholesterol, but im not too sure about nutrients.. im sure they have SOME nutritional value, like protein and stuff. but i would do some research if you want better info.

yes of course after frying any thing nutrition value are lost so it would be better that you soud boil and keep some spices and take it wiil be good for health.

It is very healthy, indeed. Naturally, the healthier the chicken, the healthier the liver...so try to go for the organic/chemical-free chickens.
