>Of course, meat! Eggs (the albumin or whites), fish and crustaceans, soybeans, milk and dairy products including cheese which is high in water and protein content,
Legumes
Seeds, like mustard seed, sesame seed, sunflower seed
Seeds have lots of fat in them, up to 50% by weight, so bear that in mind
Also, certain grains can be high in gluten which is a protein - I say certain because not all grain cereals are high in protein, just some. Semolina, which is used to make noodles with is high in gluten. Certain kinds of Asian rice, like glutenous or sticky rice from Thailand, is high in protein content. Other grains include barley, oats, rye, triticale and kamut.
