Answers:

Ehhhh... not so much. First off, I hope you aren't on weight loss diet at your size. That would make about as much sense as a high heel on a flip flop!

Either way... if you are vegan, or any type of vegitarian you need to have protein in your diet. Which you had very little of today.

Maybe this will explain better then I can.

Hope it helps.

>Well, I guess you did ok. But I don't think eating a pretzel is nutritious. If you are a vegan, you should be eating lots of vegetables. You also need to be extremely careful or you can create a nutritional deficiency (a disease as a result of a lack of proper nutrients like the 9 unavailable amino acids). Be careful to eat a balanced meal which includes all the essential nutrients or you may end up in the hospital.

milk milk milk drink some milk, add one cup of milk to each of those meals and u'll be set, gotta have strong bones and it has protein for muscle, and unless ur super fat (you are not by any means fat, by the way) dont get skim, get 2%, skim=yuck

Sounds pretty good, maybe add a little more protein into diet, like nuts for a snack, or an egg for breakfast.

You really need to incorporate vegetables and more protein (lentils, beans etc)

Yes,you can eat good today.

You did very well, but more fruit would have been good.

Not enough protein and your lunch sucked. Carbs and salt.

You did better than I did today. I would have eaten all that for breakfast.
