There are two kinds of coupons for grocery:

One is to use in local grocery store such as pricechopper and CVS. You should go to their OFFICIAL website and download their printable coupons which can be taken to their local store for your savings.

The other coupons are for online shopping, such as amazon.com. You need to buy some grocery items from their website to be qualified to use the online coupons. For this kind of coupons, you can go to grocery page of amazon to collect them or go to coupon sites to grab them all such like http://www.tophotdeal.com

Sunday papers usually have coupon inserts (but not for organic foods).

Whole Foods has a flyer with coupons out periodically. You have to get it at the store, though.

A few sites will let you print coupons. The downside (from personal experience): only ONE store here (LA) will take them, and then not for dairy or tobacco.

Some of the supermarkets here have coupon dispensers right there in the aisles (for stuff they wanted you to buy, anyway).

Actually, if you cut down on other expenses you would have more money for groceries and it would cause you less worry. There are several ways to get a good buy other than coupons. 1. buy it in bulk while it's cheap because the price will go up next week. 2. compare prices online and from old receipts, even make a phone call or two before heading out shopping 3. When you go for groceries, go straight to the grocery store and straight back home instead of stopping to eat or spend money elsewhere. 4. DO Not buy groceries when you are hungry. Not only will you be buying everything in sight, but your hunger will impair your ability to make the right choices on what you buy. 5. Find two grocery stores across the street from each other so if you don't like prices on somethin at store a, then just go to store b. But don't drive around and spend your gas going from store to store!

You may not save a lot of money like you see on the TV show, but you can save money using coupons that you can spend on something else. Real Savings for You with Coupons is a site that gives you info about coupons, free samples and direct manufacturer links. No sign up, e-mail address or other paper work on the site.

Well to do this you might really want to start looking at a lot of things other then just
the grocery bill. Things such as clothes, electronics and other things like that will cost you just
as much if not more.

Thanks

My wife uses "the grocery game" web site which has some coupons but the best thing it has is that it matches up sales going on with coupons that are out. You get coupons from your local paper, from mfgr's web sites, or you can get them from coupon services.

Join and get club cards at places like Winn-Dixie
Shop according to sales papers (plan your meals around them)
Check newspapers and internet sites for coupons

I loveeeeee that show ! lol they did internet coupons, looked in recycling and the dumpster . oh and look in the newspaper:)

Shop at save-a-lot, where your dollar will go far.I don't know if there is an organic section or if the food is safe for human consumption, but damn, think of the savings!

Visit the link that is in the source box. There you will get several types of coupons
