Are food drives called Canned Food Drives or Can Food Drives?!

Question: Are food drives called Canned Food Drives or Can Food Drives?
It may be a silly question but I really need the answer.

Answers:

It depends on what kind of food you're looking to get. Typically, food drives are done to collect NON-PERISHABLE goods that have a long and sturdy shelf life (hence the non-perishable term). So, typically, we call then canned food drives; canned foods often fall under the non-perishable category.

Canned Food Drive would be the proper wording.
