tell me please...what is the amazing attraction to spicy hot foods?!

Question: Tell me please...what is the amazing attraction to spicy hot foods?
Personally, I don't care for it (wish I did) It seems to me that it must be either pathological, "I'm macho cause I can take it" or....the chemical that tells one "it is pleasure" is in effect...I don't know...to me it distracts from the pleasure of eating a truly flavorful food.....I mean, I have used mild peperoncinis to achieve the same flavor...help

Answers:

Capsaicin levels in hot peppers are high, and this is the pepper ingredient acknowledged for raising endorphin levels and improving mood. The health benefits of peppers are almost always linked to capsaicin, which is a vasodilator, meaning it causes blood vessels to widen. This enhances circulation and increases body temperature, which then raises metabolism. The effect also reduces body fat accumulation.

As a human being ages, so do your taste buds. You can acquire a desire for spicy foods like hot wings, chili, and most mexican food. Who doesn't like tacos, enchiladas, or tortilla chips and hot sauce! If you are a smoker you can also handle spicy foods as smoking ruins your taste buds where you can handle the tastes of spicier foods and actually enjoy them!

Cause its intresting and it makes food not boring, I looove sweet chili sauce with evereything! Lol its still quite spicy tho but lovely, and mustard is gorgeous just the righty amount of hotness.
