Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day and packed with protein and should include whole grains. Nutrigrain is junk food. Make a couple of scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast. Protein takes more energy to digest that sugary foods hence you will be burning more calories

Avoid any sugar whatsoever. Avoid Fruit Juice.

Don't eat nutrigrain - the name implies it is healthy, it is full of empty calories and sugar.

rule of thumb: the closer to the real thing the better
ex) don't drink orange juice, eat an orange instead

Sugar is the leading cause of obesity. Try to cut down gradually.

I did this and i lost 30 lb. in a month. Start by going through your groceries and reading the nutritional info. You will be surprised at how much sugar you eat: IT IS IN EVERYTHING

After you gradually cut out sugar, you will no longer be compelled to eat it. Try eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, try eating whole grain bread instead of white. Reduce the amount of fats you consume, and be careful with your choices of protein. Try eating low fat high protein meats, such as fish, or bison. Bison has less fat than chicken and more protein than beef.

Portion your meals, and eat at regular times. Try to keep your portions down, but eat more frequently. Most diets suggest eating small portions every 2 or 3 hours.

Drinking a lot of water will help your hunger by keeping you full.

I hope this helps!

Hmmm I think nutrigrains actually have quite alot of sugar, as does the orange juice.

You can go for say some oatmeal or porridge (made with water) with a bit of skimmed milk or alpro soya. And then you can add some honey or jam, or cut up an apple and add to it!!
It's healthy and really filling, and gives you energy. You can take water or tea to drink with it. I would avoid drinking juice, it's just sugar.

Those bars are packed with sugar and simple carbs, and not a whole lot of fiber, I'll bet. And orange juice is mostly sugar. It would be much better to eat a piece of whole grain toast with either some peanut butter or almond butter on it or a scrambled egg or two on it. And drink just a small glass of juice if you must, or have a little glass of low-fat milk. It's better to eat an orange than to drink orange juice.

Muesli with no added sugar or salt, piece of fruit. Porridge made with oats, (not the instant ones) and skimmed or semi-skimmed milk or water, with added dried fruit to make it more interesting. Don't eat breakfast bars, they are full of sugars and probably salt as well

You are doing great eating 2 bars and a mug of Juice ... Keep it up but if you see any signs of loose motion or constipation then cut that break fast immediately, thanks ... Shaun

nutra grain bars are filled with corn syrup it will wreak havoc on your blood sugar.

u should eat more it is better to eat experts say
