What's with orange crayon's taste?!

Question: What's with orange crayon's taste?
I mean, why doesn't orange crayon taste like orange (fruit)? Isn't that its purpose anyway?!

Answers:

Probably for the same reason that Apple Jacks don't taste like apples.

You are tasting wax. That is the predominate ingredient in any crayon. (and if not made in the USA crayons may contain lead)
Just to save you time:
Purple crayons do not taste like grape
Red crayons do not taste like cherries or apples
Brown crayons do not taste like chocolate.
I could go on with the 64 colors but you get the idea...I hope.

Have you been diagnosed with Pica?

But they are ment for coloring not ea-uh yeah why dont you just jump in a pool of gggggg

Because orange crayons are crayons :)
