Please help: Oil... What kin to use?!
The recipe calls for 1/2 cup of oil. We have veggie oil & extra virgin olive oil.. Which one do ee use??

Cakes usually work best with vegetable oil. Olive oil burns at lower temperatures. Just for future reference. Hope it tastes good!!
You can sub applesauce or apple butter instead of oil - cuts down the fat and might make it slightly sweeter. But if using oil, use the veggie oil - it's all purpose (not olive oil in cake).
