How many meals do you eat per day?!
I find eating three meals a day annoying and not very satisfying. I'm considering eating from 3 in the afternoon until 7 at night. Not like literally sitting there and eating for four hours, but giving myself four hours to eat my food for the day. I'd still be eating a day's worth of calories.
What are your opinions on this?
Also, how many meals do you average a day and do you feel you do it out of habit or because it is what works for you?

>It is much smarter eating 5 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones because you consume much less food that way. Try spreading out half the food you normally would eat over 5 periods in the day. You will loose weight doing this and not starve. it takes a little discipline to do it. Diabetics like me have to do this.
I eat 6 meals a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks.
I'm not a huge fan of eating, that's why for breakfast it's usually a smoothie, lunch maybe soup and then dinner would be something a bit more proper.
Then there's 3 snacks a day. Which is basically just fruit, or a granola bar or something.
I eat this way cus it's what works for me, I keep my energy up, keep my metabolism going
I eat anywhere from 5-7 meals a day!!! I use to be 183lbs. now I am 117lbs. When I say "meals" I use the term lightly. I eat the three basics, but I am constantly having snacks like cut up fruits, yogurt, and trail mix =) It's VERY healthy for you and hey I love eating
It all depends on where i am,really. I rarely eat when i am at home, but when i am abroad, i make sure that we have at least 2 meals if not 3, and snacks whenever we feel that it is needed. Even at 2 or 3 in the morning. We do not have a set time, though

well u should never not eat breakfast because u will get fat from that and i only eat breakfast and dinner
light breakast medium dinner works for me
breakfast,lunch (sandwich or soup) dinner.,maybe a toasted tea cake at 40/c in the afternoon.
