For those like lettuce cauliflower and cabbage I wrap in a plastic bag, like the type would will fill with apples or pears.Others like silverbeet they should be kept in the sleeves they are in when you select.

Tips
For all "do not rinse first".
Remove the amount you need from the outside and work your way into the centre.

Leave a few of the inner cauliflower leaves around the white as that will help stop them starting to go black in places. If you can, but the ones that the grocer hasn't cut them all away to make them look nice and white.
Those tender inner leaves can be eaten as 'greens'..

u can do the procedures below:

1. When you buy green leafy vegetables pay attention to buy green fresh and crispy once
2. Wrap them in paper hand towel.Wraping them in paper towel would observe excess moist and water from the leafy veggies. If leafy vegetables are too moist they tend to rot very quickly.
3.Make sure not to wash leafy veggies before you wrap them in paper towel. You can always wash them properly before you eat them or use them for cooking.
4 Once you done with wrapping, put each of them in seperate plastic cover in the fridge. This would last green leafy vegetables for longer period than you have ever expected.

I wrap them in a damp paper towel and put them in a plastic bag. Don't wash them until ready to use.
