Question: What is the typical sales for an ice cream shop by month?
My business plan needs accurate numbers...well as accurate as I can get. I know that sales vary by month but i'm not sure what they are. :-)

You would need to do a survey in your area.
Without that information available it would just be guess work, like traffic, population base, your vicinity etc.
