Mornin Scooter. I gotta go with the omelet and have no clue what corn beef is, and what fun is it to just do the Whites when the yummy stuff to mush yer toast in, is the yellow part.
I like Corn Beef with Eggs better because it is a more substantial and satisfying dish due to the presence of meat. Corned Beef can also be very flavorful -- more so than plain egg whites or unseasoned vegetables. The Corned Beef with Eggs is a tasty, stick-to-your-ribs kind of meal.

Corned Beef with eggs as long as the egg yolks are left in the runny stage. I like my eggs with the yolk left in, scambled, fried (over medium and sunny side up), poached, or boiled. I'm not sure I would like egg whites on toast. A veggie omelet is also tasty but would be improved with a side of bacon IMO.
Well actually, i prefer neither of these choices for a part of a well balanced breakfast. I prefer chocolate pancakes, but i dont put syrup on them, i use my own ****. Believe it or not it is a pleasant taste and goes down easy. You one-eyed prick, how dare you go so healthy for breakfast. My olive groove works hard to put the monkey on the table and this breakfast is a disgrace to humanity. You would actually eat this for breakfast? Rhetorical question Farley, SET OF TEN!!!!!! the one that sounds the most tasty to me is the veggie omelet. I know egg whites are supposed to be good for you because they have no cholesterol, but that just sounds nasty! Ditto with the corned beef with eggs, but steak and eggs sounds really good!
I like an veggie omelet, I usually put on some cut pepper (small) that Look like littl hearts. And sausage pieces, with a sprinkle of cheese (shredded) at the top, and a little pepper and salt .... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
If it's corned beef hash you're referring to with those eggs, that's the choice for me. Eggs over easy, please, and goodnight.
