Whipped cream freezes very well but can it be re frozen?!
Does anyone know if we can re freeze cream safely.
I would never re freeze once unfrozen meat or many items. Never thought about cream though.
I would like to fill some Cream Horns with cream but then freeze them.
The cream has already been frozen once though so not sure if that is a No No.
Anyone have any info?

No, you should never refreeze anything that has been defrosted. Use it or loose it!
