Red curry Shrimp, Egg Fu Yung, Herbed Beef Ribs, Chianti Short Ribs, Smoked meats and fish of all kinds, Pesto with spaghettini, Jalapeno bagels with cream cheese, Pizza, Stuffed Conchiglioni, Onion Rings, Pear and Gorgonzola Salad, Fresh Italian Green Bean Salad, Saganaki, Herb Stuffed Grilled Trout, Couscous Salad, Beef Barley Stew, Tamales, Pozole, Machaca, Carnitas, Guacamole, Maple Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Veg's, Fritattas, Puerto Rican Pork Stew, Greek Chicken and Potatoes with Greek Salad ... oh hell, it's all good.
