I do love my cheeses but one of my favs, when I can get it is the runny st agur that comes in a apot. fab for dipping stuff in (including your finger!).

Gorenzola is fab but stinks the flat out, brie i love warm and you cant beat a decent bit of chedder.

My favorite is sharp cheddar, followed by Swiss, Parmesan, Romano, and Blue Cheese.

Gouda is yummy. So are Cheddar, Roquefort, Edam, Havarti, and Brie. They are all different, but they all taste so good!

Really thinly grated Cheddar cheese or Parmesan on spaghetti.

Blue cheese, cheddar and mozzarella.

Edam - definitely the best!! :) i can use it for everuything!!

My favorite cheese is mushroom and batter.
